Do I need a GP referral?
You can contact me directly to discuss a physiotherapy assessment. If your symptoms suggest that another healthcare professional should assess you first, this can be discussed with you.
What happens in the first appointment?
We will discuss your symptoms, medical history and goals before completing an appropriate physical assessment. I will explain the findings and agree a rehabilitation plan with you.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is best. Appropriate access to the area being assessed can also be useful.
Do I need equipment?
No specialist equipment is required for your first appointment. Exercises can be adapted to the equipment and space available at home.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition, goals and progress. The aim is to give you a clear plan and the confidence to manage your recovery without unnecessary appointments.
Ready to book?
Send a WhatsApp message with your name, location, a brief description of the problem and your preferred appointment days or times.
